Applicants track prospective employer's interest

Applicants can view job posts they match for on their dashboard. When prospective employers review applicants and are interested, the dashboard will automatically display job matches by new, interested, and not interested.

No pricey plans. Just posts.

With Propel Hire, employers can purchase job post credits for either Standard Posts or Plus Posts.

Create job posts

Creating job posts for employers is easy with Propel Hire. Simply select job positions, availability, as well as toggle general skills and job-specific skills and certifications.

Review matched applicants

View profiles for all applicants that match your job post. For Plus Posts, applicants are algorithmically scored and assessed a quality score based on the criteria set in the job post.

Track applicants from New Match → Hired

Update applicants' status to manage your interest level and stage through the interview process.
